Close Friend VS. Best Friend VS. True Friend - Which one is closer?

What is really the true and 100% correct definition of these three?

To me,

There are some slight differences between them..

Close Friend is someone who is kinda close to you and somewhat understand you best in some ways.

Best Friend is someone who knows you better than your close friend, have the ability to detect if you are down or in trouble.

True Friend, hmm.., someone that is the complement to you?
