PS 12 Eleven Foods For Faster And Easier Weight Loss

happened to stumble onto Yahoo! page about food that can help in loosing weight..
hmm, i wonder if it works.

1. Yogurt
well, it's my favourite.
and it's loaded with calcium that may prevent absorption of fat in small intestine..
**looks like i gotta hit the tesco soon.lol!`

2. Eggs
hmm, only eat them if my family goes out for dinner in the weekends and we order scrambled eggs..
and also if i order telur dadar if i eat dinner outside my hostel..
yummyx!`
eggs help folks to feel full longer.

3. Pistachios
contains unsaturated fats that is good for health..
and it offers lots of protein and fiber..

4. Grape fruit
hmm, i dont think i have come across this fruit before..
it looks like orange to me..

5. Avocado
i wonder how it taste like..
cause most of the time i find this fruit in creams and lotions
contains unsaturated fat.

6. Mushrooms
there's so many species of mushrooms.
and of course we can only consume the edibles!
you are able to cut out 420 calories if you replace meat in your favourite dish with mushrooms.

7. Olive oil
usually used in salad dressings and marinades..
contains oleic acid - monounsaturated fat..

8.Whole grains
eg of whole grains: brown rice, whole-grain cereal,etc.
flatten bellies?

9. Red pepper
"nice!"
i am so not into spicy
but it can help loose weight..

10. Fava beans
i wonder what is it called in malay or chinese..

11. Rice with veggies
and of course! it's always on our menu everytime we eat..
it depends on whether we will take it or not..
consuming veggie with rice during lunchtime can slow stomach emptying..
hmm.should try this as well..
