rejected and going to reappeal ptptn..

OMG!
can you believe this?!

late june, i applied for ptpn via online..
and they offered me a sum of money a week or so later after the dateline..
so i started to send some documents to my parents to let them sign and cerified certain stuffs..
which cost me around RM4.50 for the pos express and extra RM6 just to go and come back from the post office in Kuala Terengganu..
besides printing all the documents..
and i have got ready all the stuffs needed..

and NOW?
we, i and my coursemates including the other 3 course students, are not allowed to send in our documents..
just because the name of the course in ptpn and the name of the course in our offer letter is not the SAME!
now, we have to wait for the university to do pindaan and after that we can only start appy back the ptptn loan..
plus, we might need to buy new pin number at bsn..
we have to start from scratch again..

the momment i get to know about it..
i really got tensed and all stressed up!
i really dunno how to tell my parents about it..
as they were really looking forward for it..

oh GOD! please make it quick!
i really want the ptptn thing to be quickly settled..
