argh!~ i totally hate the pain that i have to endure right now..
just three days ago,
i ter-sprained my waist..
because of my waist,
i was not able to walk properly the moment i got up from my chair..
walking like an old granny..
and till yesterday night,
a miracle - i would say happened..
the pain was no longer there..
i was so relief but then, i was wrong!
the pain came back again this morning when i sneezed!~
and it got worst..
i was not able to stand straight and i had a hard time walking..
i truly hope nothing bad happened..
and i do hope that the pain will vanish soon..
