rempit?

the number of illegal motor racers or to be exact MAT REMPITS is getting more more an this days..
this issue has occured since a long time ago..

and why i am writing this?
not because of i am a MAT REMPIT!~
but because almost every week there'll be an illegal race near the place i'm staying..
most of the race started as early as 12am or perhaps later..
and they will surely race for a couple of rounds with the smokes and sounds..
everytime they start racing,i've to cover my nose as the air will be heavily polluted with carbon monoxide and other pollutants..
not only the air will be polluted,i myself cant seem to get a good rest or even try to concentrate on my studies..

my aunt and me will call the police if the race go on and on [if we are awakened by the noise]..
and now i will sms to rakancop is there's a race..
but i wonder,is the police doing their job??
because within minutes after we contact the police,
there'll be some mat rempits honking their motor as a signal "there's police coming!"
*poof* no more illegal race and the air is no longer polluted!yes~
and what happen after that?
the race continues..argh!~
they cant seem to stop show what they got on the road..

mat rempit consists of various races [in malay : kaum not lumba]..
*-this is not consider 1malaysia la..

i've once worked in a shop selling motorcycle spare parts..
most of the customers are malay who is only slightly older than me..
they would buy motor accessories like:-
1.motor stickers [to make their motor look nice]
2.helmets [which can be costly sometimes but most of them will buy ms88 - duno why..plus a helmet can cost rm100+]
3.tyres [they'll pasang different types of tyres usually the good ones on their motor]
and other parts - usually windshield,sidemirrors,etc [got spoiled on during the race]
most of them would actually rather spend their money on their bikes..

the police force should do more blocking to stop the mat rempit culture..
they should also be going the places known to have illegal race more often -
i mean ronda the kawasan
and they shouldnt keep an eye close or take things easy!
